ELD Settings and Rulesets

This feature has been temporarily rolled back due to a bug. The feature will be re-released once the bug has been fixed.
ELD settings and rulesets are now available in the GET /fleet/drivers and GET /fleet/drivers/{id} endpoints.
These endpoints now return an eldSettings field for each driver, which contains the ELD ruleset regarding their:
- break
- cycle
- jurisdiction
- restart
- shift
This field is in addition to the existing ELD fields, such eldYmEnabled (yard move), eldPcEnabled (personal conveyance) etc.
