GET alerts/incidents/stream: GET Alert Incident: Fix for for Geofence Entry/Exit

The GET alerts/incidents/stream endpoint has some new features! The GET Alert Incident API has a small bug fix. Updated the Geofence Entry/Exit response to not return addresses or vehicles if they have been deleted from the organization. Previous versions would return an error for the entire request.
