GET fleet/asset-sharing/agreements: Asset Sharing Agreements - Flexible roles

The GET fleet/asset-sharing/agreements endpoint has some new features! Adds required payer and createdByParty fields to agreement responses, independently identifying the licensed party and the creating party. Older agreements are provider-paid and provider-created.
