GET fleet/safety-events/audit-logs/feed: Fixes dismissals-with-reason appearing in the activity feed

The GET fleet/safety-events/audit-logs/feed endpoint has some new features! Safety events dismissed with a reason will now appear in this feed as CoachingStateActivityType updates to DISMISSED.
