GET fleet/settings/safety: Add SpeedingSettings to response

The GET fleet/settings/safety endpoint has some new features! We added the following new field:

  • SpeedingSettings - The SpeedingSettings field contains the organization's definitions of the different severities of speeding. We currently support 4 severity levels: Light, Moderate, Heavy, and Severe.
