GET maintenance/work-orders/stream: Add maintenance site to the work order

The GET maintenance/work-orders/stream endpoint has some new features! Added an optional maintenanceSite object to the work order response with the following fields:

• placeId - ID of the Place linked to the maintenance site, joinable against the Places API; omitted if the site is not linked to a place
• name - display name of the maintenance site
