GET maintenance/work-orders/stream: Add service task subtasks

The GET maintenance/work-orders/stream endpoint has some new features! Added an optional subtasks array to each service task instance. Each subtask has exactly one populated branch: procedure with name and isCompleted, or form with formSubmissionUuid.
