GET trips/stream: Add tripPurpose to response

The GET trips/stream endpoint has some new features! We added the following new field:

• tripPurpose - The driver-assigned purpose of a completed trip (unassigned, personal, business, commute, or unknown). A driver changing the purpose after the trip completes re-serves the trip through the updatedAtTime feed.
