PATCH assets: Added tagIds and attributes fields to the request

The PATCH assets endpoint has some new features! Added optional tagIds and attributes fields to the update asset request body, allowing tag and attribute assignment in a single request during asset update. Mirrors the POST /fleet/assets create endpoint.
