PATCH fleet/driver-vehicle-assignments: Allow identifying PATCH targets by metadata.sourceName

The PATCH fleet/driver-vehicle-assignments endpoint has some new features! vehicleId, driverId, and startTime may be omitted when metadata.sourceName uniquely identifies the assignment to update.
