PATCH maintenance/estimates: Expose estimate type

The PATCH maintenance/estimates endpoint has some new features! Return estimateType and allow an active selected expectedCost recommendation to become a vendorQuote without changing its estimate ID. Cancelling an active externally selected recommendation or unapproved quote releases its selection and vendor assignment.
