PATCH maintenance/work-orders: Add service task subtasks to the work order response

The PATCH maintenance/work-orders endpoint has some new features! Added an optional subtasks array to each service task instance returned in the work order response. Each subtask has exactly one populated branch: procedure with name and isCompleted, or form with formSubmissionUuid.
