POST ground-intelligence/watchpoints: Adds optional customDetections configuration

The POST ground-intelligence/watchpoints endpoint has some new features! Organizations enabled for custom detections can configure up to four distinct supported detection types and optional customer criteria. The configured detections are returned in the response.
