updatedAtTime field in Vehicles API doesn't change when the vehicle name or VIN changes

I've observed that when the name or VIN changes for a particular vehicle ID, the updatedAtTime field returned by https://api.samsara.com/fleet/vehicles value does not get updated with a new timestamp.

Does anyone know which vehicle fields are tracked by updatedAtTime?
