API and Web Client show different HOS values for a driver

We're using the Samsara API to fetch HOS clocks, and today we noticed that one driver shows 0h:52m left for driving, but the API returns 1h:48m left for driving, and it seems to be stuck there.

This is a significant difference that can cause problems with staying ELD/HOS compliant.

Is there anything that we can do to mitigate this issue?
