Are the AG devices internally protected or should fuses be used?

I just purchased a Mack Truck from a company in TN.
It appears to have a gadget with www.fleetwatcher.com on it and the Serial No. 4642103912 and SSN No A10000582906EF.
What are the quiescent and shutdown / leakage currents for the dashcams and vehicle gateways?
Is this technical information stored or shared anywhere in datasheets? I haven't been able to find it. Thanks!

I'm building an app for owner operators and i would like access to their telematics data. I'm hoping I can get a few permissions from them and have access to their truck GPS data so I can use it to help them manage their business. Is this something Samsara supports?

Missing Trips
We are experiencing missing trip data and not sure we are hitting a rate limit issue or some other problem. My developer wanted me to pass along a question about how many minutes of a time delay for vehicle trips? For example, if a driver completes a stop, starts the engine, a new trip will be created, how many minutes later, we can get the data from Samsara server?

Is there a process where i can send a message like "Call supervisor at your next stop" and it is communicated audibly to my driver through the camera? If this is possible what is the process/procedure.

with correct cat harness to hook in to diag connecters why do units stay powered on and charging with unit off. also why has this not been addressed.
