I love the ability to create an pre-populate documents. However, because we are required to send all fields, it automatically pre-populates those fields and then the driver is not required to enter any information because they are already pre-populated.

Hello our integration relies heavily on the routes feed to get real time updates, especially with regards to ETA. However, when we built our implementation ~1 year ago, we noticed the feed does not fire if the ETA changed, forcing us to long poll route ids when we knew a route was en route.

If possible, how do you create a webhook for when a driver skips a route stop?

I am looking to construct a URL to view one asset over a period of time. I have constructed a URL using my Asset ID but was wondering if you could help me with the the last portion of the URL, the number. I could use help constructing the number based on date and time period that I want to view the asset location.
