Webhook when archiving an document
Because the pdf creation can take quitte a while we want to do this in the background. I see there is a webhook for when a document is created, but not for when the state has changed.
Updating a Driver on a Route mid trip
Question regarding if a route is updated to another driver in the middle of the Route. Is there a way through the API to know? For example, if a dispatch goes into Samara and switches the Driver is there a way to know this through an API endpoint?
Trailer Park and Hook
A question regarding Trailer park and hook. Can we get the Trailer park/unLink and hook/Link events through the API? If so, will the Tractor being linked and unlinked be in the event?
Driver Duty Status / Engine Status
We are working on Driver Duty Status project in C. H. Robinson. We need to know the status of Driver / Engine on specific time. Let’s say, if I want to know the status of Driver at 9:25 AM on 17-Sept-2020 so I should get one of the statuses from "offDuty""sleeperBed""driving""onDuty""yardMove""personalConveyance" .
