Accepts a pending Data Sharing Agreement, transitioning it to accepted. Only the organization that did not create the agreement can accept its terms as proposed. To change the terms, reject the agreement and create a new one. For older agreements, the creator is the provider and only the recipient can accept. Identify the agreement with the id query parameter.
