Soft-deletes a Data Sharing Agreement so it no longer appears in list results. Only the provider organization can delete, and only while the agreement is in pending, rejected, or canceled status; an accepted agreement must be canceled first. Identify the agreement with the id query parameter. Returns 204 No Content.
