Updates the name, note, or observation type for an existing Ground Intelligence watchpoint.

Rate limit: 100 requests/min (learn more about rate limits here).

To use this endpoint, select Write Watchpoints under the Ground Intelligence category when creating or editing an API token. Learn More.
