Application Process

Step 1: Submit a Partner Programs Application

When filling out the form:

• Be sure to use a company email otherwise your application may get denied (i.e. no @gmail.com emails)
• Select "Yes" for the question "Does your contemplated partnership involve a technical integration"
• Select "Build a technical integration" for the question "Primary goal in partnering with Samsara?"
• If you do not want to mention revenue numbers, feel free to submit "$0"
• Be sure to add the following information in "Please provide any other information you think is relevant" section:
  • Integration usecase
  • Do you have an integration that is currently live or in testing?
  • Are you already working with a Samsara customer or has one expressed interest? If yes, please specify
  • What category of software do you provide? (e.g. TMS, CMMS, Payroll, BI tool)
  • Will you operate this application in Europe as well?

Step 2: Application Approval

Samsara will review and approve/deny applications on a weekly basis. If you have not been issued an approval/denial email in 5-7 business days, please reach out to Samsara Support.

• Upon approval: the email you used to fill out the partner application with will receive an email confirming that you have been approved
• Upon denial: rarely will Samsara deny your application. We require partners have legitimate organizations / businesses, so we validate there is a public business presence and/or you have used a non-company email.
  • If you have been denied, you will receive an email describing that denial
  • If you think we have incorrectly denied your partner application, feel free to reach out to Samsara Support

Step 3: Partner Developer Portal Access

Once you receive your approval email, you will also receive an email invite to create an account for the Samsara Partner Developer Portal (see below for an example). Please check you Spam folder if you do not see the invite.
