Live Share Links

All route stops come with a live share link that you can provide to end customers to give them details on the progress of their route stop.

The live share links can be found the fleet_viewer_url field of each route stop in the dispatch_jobs array of a route. See Routes APIs for reference.

The URL links to a page that will show the live progress of the vehicle on its way to the route stop. The link does not require any authorization. It only shows the stop location, status, and ETA. The links cannot be used to access the Samsara cloud dashboard or any personal information about the carrier, driver, or vehicle.
